Growing up in Los Gatos in California, Hubert manages culinary logistics and kitchen execution at Mix Projects.
He studied Culinary Arts at the Culinary Institute of America and graduated with a Bachelors in Hotel Management from the famed Glion IoHE in Switzerland.
Hubert grew his skills at Manresa, the Royal Mail Hotel, Lysverket and other numerous acclaimed restaurants all over the world.
When he's not making tasty food or writing menus, Hubert enjoys getting down on Asian food, photographing architecture, hiking, and exploring the globe through travel. Find him online:
